Online Training

Data Age provides its customers online training courses targeted towards the job responsibilities of each employee.  Self-paced courses help end-users learn on their own time through the Internet.  The courses allow owners and managers to learn how to use the products and to take advantage of the controls designed for establishing standards and protecting the business.

Viewing the training videos is a great way to learn Data Age programs.  It is a cheaper and more convenient alternative to on-site training or remote access training.

Certification

Customers can rest assured that their employees have a solid foundation in the use of Data Age products and that as employees grow in responsibilities, they continue to build upon the body of knowledge they need to be of more value.  As you progress through the courses, certificates are earned as a Specialist, an Expert and of course, as a Master.

On-Site Training

With the use of the “practice system”, on-site training is seldom necessary, but can be provided.  Training sessions can be as basic or complex as you want them to be.  On-site training will allow you to use Data Age software products to their fullest extent, make your business operations run more smoothly, save you costly errors or problems, shorten your learning curve and make you money!
